Brantford Fire Department

The goal of the Brantford Fire Department is to reduce the loss of life and property, and the protection of the environment. One way in which this is achieved is through Public Fire Education to the children and citizens of our community.

Public Fire Education is a very important part of the overall activities of the Fire Prevention Bureau. Our public education initiatives strive to teach every person who lives, works and plays in our community fire and life safety. Our Fire Prevention Officers and firefighters bring life saving messages to the community through our many programs, from schools lecture, to our innovative home safety program Smoke Alarms Save Lives to our industry specific lectures.

If you would like further information on any of our programs or have any questions, please call the Fire Prevention Bureau ay 519.752.0540 or email us at fire@city.brantford.on.ca.
