BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are required to apply for a position with the Brantford Fire Department. The Brantford Fire Department reserves the right to revise or make changes to the list of basic requirements as needed.
- proof of grade 12 diploma or equivalent as approved by the Ministry of Education
- ability to verbally communicate in the English language
- completion and submission of the Municipality's application form and a resume
- valid driver's license to operate a vehicle in Ontario without supervision
- documented evidence of current CPR and First Aid Certificates, or proof of enrollment
- legally entitled to work in Canada
- able to meet medical and physical standards required for this
position
